The Client

A local and quickly growing waste management and skip hire company based out of South Yorkshire.

Purpose and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join our clients Sales Division. This is an excellent position for candidates with Telesales or Customer Services experience in the waste industry who are looking to progress.

Specific Duties

Working predominantly over the phone, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by cold calling business prospects to book appointments for the Field Sales Team whilst taking incoming sales calls.

Person Specification

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to build rapport & build relationships with key contacts;
  • Well organised and able to prioritise;
  • Team player

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 30-min daily unpaid lunch break

Required experience:

  • Waste Management Experience: 2 Years
  • Telesales: 2 Years
