The Client

A leading, family owned and run, Waste Management and Recycling Company operating across the South East of England.

 

Purpose and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to join our clients leading Waste & Recycling Company due to continuous growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be joining an established family run and owned business operating across the South East of England. As Field Sales Executive you will manage the Surrey and Hampshire Patch seeking and developing opportunities for new business.

 

You will be responsible for:-

  • New Business sales from Self -generated opportunities for the area's leading independent Waste Management Company
  • Generating new leads from cold calling, and from existing data base/CRM systems, exhibitions, internet etc
  • Converting opportunities into new business
  • Professional approach to prospective customers

 

Person Specification

You’ll also have:

  • A proven track record in field sales and/or commercial activities
  • Experience within Waste Management or another service industry
  • Networking and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
  • Be Self-motivated
  • The Ability to develop working relationships with all external stakeholders
  • The Ability to develop positive internal working relationships

 

Required experience:

  • Business to Business Field Sales: 3 years
  • Waste Management/Recycling Sector Experience: 2 Years

Required licence or certification:

  • A full, clean UK Driving Licence
