Our Client

A dynamic and rapidly expanding Waste Management and Recycling Services Supplier.


Purpose and Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their team based in Merseyside. As Fleet Administrator you will assist the Fleet Manager in the day to day maintenance of the fleet and plant.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle defects, allocating and outsourcing of works to be completed
  • Obtain a job card for all reported defects / repairs
  • To maintain vehicle history and service records in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards
  • To achieve all company & personal KPI’s & maintain focus on all company financial objectives within given responsibilities
  • To deputise in all areas of the service department as directed by the Fleet Manager.
  • Manage vehicle / equipment schedules, ensuring Services, MOT etc are completed within set guidelines
  • To proactively plan capacity of the workshop
  • Accurately record all costs on SAGE, raising Purchase Orders
  • Investigating vehicle defects to identify damage
  • Arrange vehicle & machine hire when required
  • Ensure vehicle repair costs comply with the Repair & Maintenance labour codes and times, and that the parts used are correct for the repair undertaken

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Transport Administration: 3 years (Required)
  • Driving Licence: 1 year (Required)
  • CPC Operator Licence: 1 year (Preferred)
