Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience within waste industry
Devise a proactive planned approach to visit sites, with a clear focus on high growth/high potential Key Account sites
Undertake and document site visits, particularly for new (including potential), complex or problem sites.
Review and ensure compliance of clients whilst on site, developing Site Waste Management Plans.
Benchmark client’s current waste spend and support Account Management with proposals for cost reduction.
Attend scheduled reviews with key suppliers with the intention to address issues, improve service and lower costs.
Represent our client by providing a visible and professional presence. Act as an exemplar for HSQE compliance on site, adhering to all client guidelines and identifying any hazards or risks. Proactively identify and resolve issues which may impact service delivery. Act as they eyes and ears of the business at a site operations level, establishing the truth first hand where possible and acting as a conduit between Key Account Management, the Account Service team and Supply Chain.
Investigate service and performance issues on sites, identifying root cause issues and devising action plans in collaboration with clients, suppliers and colleagues to resolve persistent problems. Support Supply Chain colleagues in addressing issues of poor performance with suppliers by providing the ‘voice of the customer’ i.e. articulating client concerns as communicated to you and issues observed on site.
